Salmon and Halibut Fishing on the West Coast of Vancouver Island

Some of the largest runs of Chinook and Coho Salmon on the West Coast migrate through this area, feeding on a variety of foods and bulking up before heading to their spawning destinations. Every tide brings new schools of fish into the area. These waters were once traditional commercial fishing grounds, which are no longer active, making this a phenomenal salmon fishing opportunity. Our Halibut grounds are famous for offering some of the best Halibut fishing experiences in the world.

Over the past several seasons, we saw huge numbers of fish in the area and the same types of returns are expected for 2008.
